Location: Worcester Six Business Park
The data center represents a 21 million pounds (approx. US $26,5M) investment in the local Worcester community. Designed and constructed to a Tier IV standard, the data center is connected to the middle of the UK’s fibre figure of eight, linking the site directly to IONOS’ backbone network with an outside capacity of 3,000 Gigabit per second.
Sustainability is at the forefront of the data center, with a wide range of sustainable and energy-efficient features, including solar photovoltaic panels covering up to 10% of the energy use at the site. All necessary carbon used for the construction of the building envelope has been compensated.

The IONOS Data Center in Lenexa, Kansas is an IONOS-owned and -operated data center that provides hosting and cloud services for businesses and individuals. The Lenexa Data Center is the third U.S. data center supporting the investment, success and expansion of the IONOS Cloud platform in the United States.
The Lenexa Data Center has been used for IONOS hosting products since 2007 and is now equipped to effectively host IONOS Cloud products as well, including: Compute Engine with vCPU or dedicated core instances; Cloud Cubes enterprise-grade virtual private servers; block storage for high-performance storage; and DBaaS, all running on a new performance-improved network. The Lenexa Data Center is equipped for sustainability with a new photovoltaic (PV) installation with over 1,000 PV panels rated for 400 kilowatts.
